These terms apply when you use thrivery.life, join The Collective, or buy anything from THRIVERY® (“THRIVERY,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or buying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use THRIVERY®
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy or to create a Collective profile. Please keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Coaching is not therapy
Coaching, experiences, the podcast, the book, and everything on this site are for education and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.) or your local emergency number. You are responsible for your own choices and results; we cannot promise specific outcomes.
Purchases
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Memberships (such as The Golden Thread) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time by writing to info@thrivery.life; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
- Gifts are delivered to the recipient you name. Please check the details before you pay.
- The book Designed To Thrive is sold and shipped by Amazon under Amazon’s terms.
- All sales are final and are not refundable, including memberships, gifts, and coaching. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; see our Refund Policy.
The Collective and community spaces
Be kind and respectful. Do not harass anyone, share another member’s private story outside the community, post anything unlawful, or use the community to sell without permission. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Our content
The words, images, recordings, and materials on this site and in our programs belong to THRIVERY® or its licensors. THRIVERY® is a registered trademark. You are welcome to use materials for your own personal growth; please do not copy, resell, or republish them without written permission.
Emails
If you sign up, we will send you emails about THRIVERY®. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Other sites
We link to services we do not run, such as Amazon, Stripe, podcast platforms, and social networks. Their own terms apply there.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, THRIVERY® is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item the claim is about in the 12 months before it arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
