Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
THRIVERY® (“THRIVERY,” “we,” “us”) runs thrivery.life, The Collective, coaching, experiences, and memberships. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it as plain as we can.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email address, and anything you write when you join a waitlist, sign up for email, send an inquiry (contact, coaching, speaking), or create a Collective profile.
- Purchases. Memberships, gifts, coaching, and experiences are paid through Stripe. Stripe collects your card details; we do not see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, what you bought, and payment status.
- The book. Designed To Thrive is sold on Amazon. When you buy there, Amazon’s privacy notice applies and we do not receive your payment details.
- Usage information. Basic technical data your browser sends (such as device type, pages visited, and approximate location from your IP address), used to keep the site working and secure.
Microsoft Clarity (only if you accept)
With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site, for example where they click and how far they scroll, through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity does not load until you tap Accept on the notice. Clarity is set to mask what you type into forms. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com). You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the notice will appear again.
Cookies and similar storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work (for example, your cart, a signed-in Collective session, and remembering your privacy choice). Clarity, if you accept it, sets its own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To answer you, deliver what you bought, and run memberships, coaching, and experiences.
- To send the emails you asked for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the site, keep it secure, and meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run THRIVERY®, under their own privacy and security terms: Stripe (payments), our email and hosting providers (such as Vercel), Microsoft Clarity (only with your consent), and Amazon for book orders you place there. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect people’s safety.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then deleted or anonymized. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Depending on where you live (for example, certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights. Write to info@thrivery.life and we will respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Children
THRIVERY® is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, and payments run on Stripe’s secure systems. No method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will be called out on the site or by email.
