Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on memberships, including The Golden Thread, on gifts, or on coaching. We share this plainly so you can choose with clarity before you pay.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel your membership at any time, and it is simple to do. Write to info@thrivery.life from the email on your account and we will take care of it. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Coaching sessions

You can reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, is forfeited.

Experiences (such as LUMINA)

Experiences have their own terms, deposits, and cancellation dates, which are shared before you pay. Those terms apply to that experience. Joining a waitlist is free and no card is charged.

The book

Designed To Thrive is sold by Amazon, so returns follow Amazon’s return policy. Please start a return from your Amazon order.

If something is not delivered

If something you paid for is not delivered, please write to info@thrivery.life and we will make it right.
